In the Tenmile basin, almost all of the lower floodplain has been converted to pasture for grazing livestock. To mitigate for this, TLBP has worked with landowners to exclude livestock from riparian areas. Below are links to some of these projects.
Livestock need water. When you exclude them from the stream, you need to provide another source of water. |
